This experience will introduce you to the exquisite cuisine of the Sanketi community from South India, along with some authentic dishes from the Southern state of Karnataka.
The food shall be served on a banana leaf to make the experience all the more authentic!
The Sanketi community is well-known for its soulful vegetarian cuisine. The dishes are as nutritious as they are delicious, prepared with humble ingredients, simple cooking methods, and artful use of spices. And, of course, generous amounts of coconut!
- A sumptuous multi-course spread comprising of flatbread, rice vermicelli, savoury steamed lentil dumplings, Masala Dosae (rice pancakes with a savoury potato filling), chutney and sambaar, and a dessert, followed by a cup of strong, South Indian filter coffee to complete the experience.
